If you’re a whizz with a spreadsheet or specialist software, enthusiastic and have good organisational skills then that goes a long way. Festival or events experience can be beneficial, but it’s not essential. Please also bear in mind that none of these jobs are an easy way into the Festival: they involve hard work and not much time off over the Festival period. For office based positions, good IT and excellent written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must. Applicants must have a can-do attitude, a desire to exceed expectations and be willing to muck in! You will need to be able to work quickly and accurately within a busy team environment and have a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Most of these departments begin recruiting temporary staff early in the New Year for positions commencing in the Spring, so whilst we may not have a job going in your area at the moment, CVs will be kept on file for a maximum of 2 years so that you can be contacted if a suitable role comes up in future (please let us know if you don’t want your CV to be retained). ![]() Site, sanitation, environmental and ground works.Infrastructure, procurement & coordination of temporary infrastructure, site design & layout (AutoCAD knowledge preferable). ![]()
